 Young Women between the ages of 12 and 20 are the most targeted group by predators. 13% of girls interviewed in Arizona in 2008 had already experienced some form of sexual harassment or assault.
Young women need to be taught the skills they need to decrease the chances of themselves becoming a victim. Paradise Valley School of Karate and Sensei Wall have been teaching students how to protect themselves since 1981. We’d like to share this with you!
In our “Teen Awareness” class we will help girls recognize potentially dangerous situations. Improve upon self awareness and self assurance with hands-on, simple self defense techniques designed for young women that will work!

Classes are 3 hours in length. Call for dates available at our location or you can call us to set up your own class. Minimum of 10 students required. Ages 12-16. Cost is $40 per girl. We recommend our Rape Escape course for girls 16 and older.
